Getting started
Can I try it first?
Yes. Every new studio gets 14 days of the Studio plan with no card needed. After that the Free plan stays free.
How do I upload a whole wedding?
Drop the folder into the gallery. Thousands of photos upload at once, straight to storage; an upload that loses its connection resumes, and previews are ready within minutes.
Can I reuse my settings for every shoot?
Yes. Save any gallery’s settings as your studio defaults, or duplicate a gallery as a template: settings, access and sets come along, the photos do not.
Your clients
Do my clients need an account?
No. They open the link, and type the password or PIN if you set one. To save favourites they give their name and email once.
Which languages do galleries speak?
English, Greek and Russian. Galleries and emails follow your studio’s language, and clients can switch with one tap.
Will my clients see my brand?
Yes. Galleries carry your studio’s name, logo and contacts, and the emails your clients receive carry them too; when a client replies, the email comes to you.
What happens when a gallery closes?
You choose an expiry date per gallery or per link. A week before a published gallery closes, the clients you sent it to get a reminder, and so do you, so it can be extended in time.
Downloads
Can clients download everything at once?
Yes, if you allow it: the whole gallery, one set or their favourites as a ZIP. Downloads come straight from storage, so they are fast even for hundreds of photos.
Can I limit downloads?
Turn downloads off, offer web size only, ask for a download PIN, or set a limit per client link. With a watermark on, clients download the watermarked version.
Storage and privacy
Where are the photos stored?
In private storage in the European Union. Every preview and download is a signed link that expires soon after; nothing is public.
What happens when my storage is full?
New uploads pause until you free space or choose a bigger plan. Nothing your clients already have is hidden or deleted.
Do client galleries use cookies?
Only the ones needed for them to work, such as remembering a gallery a client unlocked. No analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner in front of your photos.
What if I delete a gallery by mistake?
Deleted galleries stay in the trash for 7 days, and you can restore them with everything in place. After that they are removed with their files.
Plans and billing
What is the difference between the plans?
Only the storage. Every plan has every feature, with unlimited galleries and clients.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, and a year costs less than twelve months; the pricing page shows both. Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details never reach us.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and your galleries stay online on the Free plan.
